José Navas confirms his talent for contemporary ballet with a full-evening program for Ballet BC, where he is choreographer in residence. Consisting of three pieces, each almost a half-hour in length, Bliss will be presented May 10-12 at Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

Along with this reprisal of the acclaimed The bliss that from their limbs all movement takes from 2010, Bliss will feature two new sections, the first set to the music of Mozart and the second set to Górecki’s Symphony of Sorrowful Songs.
